Shipping & Delivery

Goshopia offers Free Shipping on orders over 150 USD or 550 Dhs. For orders below this threshold, the applicable logistic fee is 30 Dhs for local deliveries within the UAE and 150 Dhs for International Orders. Please note that bulky items like Furniture and Home are not eligible for Free Shipping.

If you order from multiple brands or designers, your items may arrive separately. Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated based on where the products are dispatched from and the final destination country.

We aim for around one week for international shipments. Local deliveries are typically much faster, taking 1-2 days. Please note that holidays and Covid-19 restrictions might affect estimated delivery times.

Some products are made when the order is placed. You’ll be informed on the product page, and you’ll receive an email confirming the order and providing the dates when the product will be ready and shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to request a refund or exchange. We address each query individually, so please email us before the deadline.

If you’re in the UAE, returns are free; however, if you’re overseas, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid additional duties. Email us at to start the return process.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn/unused, in perfect condition, with all labels and original packaging intact. Briefs, swimwear, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. All returns should be sent in their original packaging, and packaging should be properly protected until we receive it.

If your item arrives flawed, damaged, or doesn’t match the site’s description, contact us promptly. We’ll arrange a return and process a refund for the defective item.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please refer to our refund policy for information on how to return an item and place a new order for a different size or color.

Due to the nature of customized orders, we can only accept returns if the customized pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Custom Taxes, Duties & VAT

Please be aware that customs duties and import taxes are not included in your order and shipping total. These fees must be paid by the recipient. If you have questions about these costs, contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
