HOW TO CARE FOR MY SELENACARE CLASSIC PERIOD PANTY
When it comes to caring for period underwear, we recommend rinsing it initially with cold water, then wash it with lukewarm water at 30°C (86°F), and then allowing the panties to air dry. Do not use fabric softeners, or bleach, and do not tumble dry.
Thanks to the antibacterial protective membrane, hygienic use is guaranteed for at least 50 washes.
RELIABLE PROTECTION
Your flow is as unique as you are. I have quite heavy periods and so far so good! But in case, you need to, you can complement your SelenaCare underwear with a menstrual cup or a tampon. The Classic period panty can absorb up to 25 ml of menstrual fluid (during your period you lose 50-80 ml of blood on average).
SIZES
Although there are standardized sizes in different geographic regions of the world, each manufacturer has different characteristics. Based on our customer feedback, we always recommend choosing a size larger than you normally wear.
Example: If you usually wear EU 40, our advice is Selenacare size XL, which is marked 42/44.
