What size is right for me?

With menstrual cups a world of possibilities opens up, but also full of questions with all the models in different sizes. With SelenaCare it is very simple. We have three cup sizes: Small, Medium and Large. The size that suits you best has nothing to do with your height, but depends on three factors:

• Bleeding intensity: the heavier your bleeding, the larger your menstrual cup should be so you don’t have to empty it as often.
• Length from vagina to cervix: If you insert your finger into the vagina and gently push on the cervix, you will need a smaller cup.
• State of your pelvic floor: The state of your pelvic floor depends on several aspects. If you haven’t had kids yet and do a lot of sports, you’re usually well-trained and need a smaller cup size.

Easy application and cleaning

1. Fold the cup and insert the folded side into the vagina.
2. Remove the cup by squeezing the slots and pulling out.
3. Empty the cup and clean it with mild soap and water before replacing it.
4. Before first use and after each period, boil the cup in water for three minutes. To do this, you can use the supplied sterilization cup.
