Sylvia Calvo BCN is a sustainable and circular fashion brand that was founded by the designer and entrepreneur Sylvia Calvo in 2015 in Barcelona, Spain.
Going by the motto "From Waste to Value", the brand is aiming to make sustainability and circularity part of the design. Sylvia applies principles of Circular Economy giving a new life to coffee bags that have traveled long ways and now, after their first life, are delicately transformed.
The manufacturing process is entirely handcrafted locally at their own atelier and along with the coffee bags, she uses organic and recycled materials with minimal impact on the environment, giving a unique, elegant, and distinctive style to each clothing piece. All coffee bags are also prepared there to give them a new life and be part of their unique designs.
